Ethical Charter — Artistic Photography

Creating strong and sincere images is first and foremost a matter of trust.


Through this charter, I wish to clearly state the principles that guide my work as a photographer, especially when it involves the human body and artistic nude photography.

1. An artistic approach above all

Every project I undertake is driven by a commitment to aesthetic exploration.
The nude is approached with respect, as a study of light, form, and emotion — never as a means of provocation or ambiguity.

2. Respect for consent

Your comfort and freedom are essential:

  • Nothing is ever imposed, before or during the session.

  • Your boundaries are discussed together and can be adjusted at any time.

  • You always have the right to say no, without pressure or justification.

3. A clear and professional working environment

Each session is prepared with care:

  • The objectives, location, and duration are agreed upon beforehand.

  • No inappropriate behavior is tolerated at any time.

  • You are welcome to bring a companion to the session if you wish.

4. A creation based on trust

I view every shoot as a shared artistic journey. Your feelings, ideas, and suggestions are always welcome and enrich the creative process as much as my own vision.

5. Full control over the use of images

  • Nothing will be published or exhibited without your written consent.

  • We will agree in advance on how the images may be used.

  • If you prefer that certain images remain private or anonymous, this will be fully respected.

6. A strictly professional relationship

My approach is purely artistic and professional. I am committed to maintaining a clear, respectful, and safe environment at all times.
